Senior Manager, Transformation, Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)

Mélanie Copeland is a Transformation and Change specialist who runs the governance and communications functions for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)’s Transformation efforts – leveraging her experience leading the Transformation team at Transport Canada. Mélanie is an associate faculty member with the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS)’s Digital Academy, where she teaches how to modernize the public service. She has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from Carleton University. She has a loving husband and two small children, and works from Ottawa.
