Promising practices and hard truths: lessons from three years of digital learning

In the three years since we launched the CSPS Digital Academy, we’ve run dozens of pilots and experimental learning programs, conducted surveys on learning needs, collected thousands of evaluations, and met with hundreds of stakeholders, partners, and learners. All to ask and answer: what do public servants need?
