
Katherine Benjamin is the Deputy CTO for Digital Services at the New York City Mayor’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer. She has worked on transformation initiatives with the Ontario Digital Service, the Province of British Columbia, Alberta Health Services and the UK’s National Health Service (NHS).
Katherine’s projects include co-designing and launching the NYC[x] Innovation Fellows for the City of New York, launching the Ontario Digital Service’s user research and rapid prototyping labs, and co-developing service design for digital government curriculum at Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
Sessions
