Jesse Rosenblit

Head of International Relations, Digital Israel National Bureau, Digital Affairs Directorate

Jesse heads international relations for the Digital Israel Bureau in the Digital Affairs Directorate of the Economy Ministry. He is in charge of creating and maintaining Digital Israel’s relationships abroad, including its membership in the Digital Nations Forum and its collaborative work with the OECD.

Jesse also leads digital transformation projects dealing with citizen benefits, such as the National Benefits Engine which has recently launched.

Before joining the civil service, Jesse spent 10 years in the IDF, in various command positions.

Jesse holds an MA in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in Social Science from Bar-Ilan University.

The National Benefits Engine is an online platform that allows users to discover the government benefits most relevant to them by answering a short, dynamic questionnaire. There are currently over 180 benefits available on the platform, covering benefits for senior citizens, Holocaust survivors and people with disabilities. See more.
