
Jean-François Fleury is the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Research, Planning and Renewal sector at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) where he has been for over 2 years. In this role, Jean-François has the mandate of supporting people management through a future of work lens, being a data steward, thinking of innovative ideas, using research and experimentation as well as behavioural science methods.
Prior to this role, Jean-François led some key files for TBS including the realignment of the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officers roles and responsibilities with a focus on future of work. Similarly, while at the Canada School of Public Service he led the school’s digital transformation, re-design of its business model and helped share the design and delivery of public service common learning.
