Christiane Coda is an Industry Digital Strategist in Microsoft’s Worldwide Public Sector Defence and Intelligence team. She helps organizations reimagine and digitalize their business models. Using design thinking, Christiane helps customers re-evaluate their business models, by defining personas and their needs, developing and prioritizing scenarios that are mapped to capabilities and technologies enabling digital transformation.
She is actively working with Canadian public sector organizations to build digital transformation roadmaps, assembling design and delivery teams, developing detailed delivery phases with associated timelines and defining mechanisms to measure progress towards goals.
