Community Practice Lead, The Exchange Lab, Government of British Columbia

Ari is the Community Lead for the Exchange Lab team in the BC Government. He is a connector and a community builder, and hosts a variety of events, podcasts, training, newsletter and professional development opportunities. He supports the Exchange Lab in the BC Government as a narrative and speaking coach, assisting in bringing powerful stories to the government and beyond.

Ari is driven about developing and maintaining long-term relationships, creating meaningful public engagement opportunities that connect to the heart, and building strong, engaged teams. He also focuses on implementing metrics to continually find ways to improve team efficiency and culture by coordinating large and small scale projects.

Prior to joining the BC Government, he worked with keynote speakers at CMI Speaker Management, followed by See Agency in marketing, managing and branding New York Times best-selling authors, top comedians, and athletes. Their sought-after speakers presented at top organizations including Google, Microsoft and NASA. For three years he was the lead speaker coach for the popular TEDxVictoria.

Ari’s determination and community-driven approach is evident throughout every aspect of his work.
