Anna Hirschfeld

Director

Public Digital

Anna is a product and agile delivery specialist. She worked with the UK’s Department for Work and Pensions on the design and delivery of Universal Credit (a payment to help with living costs), from 2013 to 2020.

Anna is passionate about helping organisations deliver whole service transformation, taking internet-era ways of working and helping the whole organisation work in an iterative and user-focussed way. During her time on Universal Credit, Anna set up ways of product roadmapping in the context of a wider change programme as well as scaling delivery teams across a number of locations. She prioritised security and made sure it was embedded in design. She also lead Universal Credit’s integration with GOV.UK Verify.

Before she worked with the UK Government, Anna worked in the UK non-profit sector and in local government on housing regeneration.
