Regan spent much of his career working in the private sector of his hometown of Regina, Saskatchewan for a variety of tech companies. He moved to Ottawa for the Code for Canada fellowship in 2020, where he worked as the software developer on the Policy Difference Engine. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Ottawa.
