Clement is the Managing Director at RwandaEQUIP, a last-mile, integrated solution to transform Rwanda’s public schools into globally competitive public schools.
Previously, Clement has led high impact technology-enabled initiatives including Irembo, a digital government platform, and Andela Rwanda, a digital talent developer and marketplace.
As a member of the Public Digital experts network, Clement advises Governments and large enterprises on their digital transformation journeys.
